The Full Story

Founded by Liz in 2025, Soul & Sound Co. was created from a lifelong connection to Spirit and a deep desire to bring peace, balance, and healing to others. From a young age, Liz experienced vivid dreams and visitations that revealed her sensitivity to energy and the unseen world. Guided by empathy and curiosity, she began exploring tarot and mediumship, eventually following her calling to study Reiki under the guidance of a Reiki Master in Banff, Alberta.

Through years of practice and devotion, Liz has cultivated a strong, intuitive connection with Spirit—developing a language between worlds to offer clarity, comfort, and energetic harmony. Her passion lies in supporting others, especially women and children, as they navigate challenges with sleep, anxiety, and self-love.

At Soul & Sound Co., each session is a sacred space for restoration and reconnection—where energy is balanced, intuition is awakened, and healing begins to flow.
